First of all this building is amazing. The designs of the loading dock and hallways makes it super easy to load and unload your stuff in all kinds of weather without anything getting damaged or ruined. The staff here are very nice and thorough. They explained everything we needed to know and even showed us how to use all their systems. With over 700 units they always have space available even at a moments notice and their rates are more than adorable for anyone who needs a place for a short time or long term. By far the best storage service I have ever used.

I had placed a reservation for a storage unit at the Mankato U-Haul, only to show up and find that no units were available and that our reservation meant nothing. The UHaul staff stated their system allows customers to make reservations for units that are already reserved. They recommended I go to Storage Lounge, so I made a reservation online and we came over with our moving stuff to find out on Sundays they were closed, and we needed a member of staff to let us into our storage unit. Luckily, Didi had come in that Sunday to accommodate another customer's work schedule. Rather than ignore us, she chose to help us even though she wasn't getting paid to do so. She helped me fill out my paperwork, and get me into the unit. After a day of being treated like I didn't matter to UHaul, it was so nice to have her go above and beyond to make me feel like I mattered. Although it is more expensive than UHaul, the amenities and customer service makes it worth it.

Extremely clean and wonderful staff. Unique drive-in garage allowed for using my storage unit in any type of weather. Close enough to the college campus for students needing a storage unit in between apartments or dorms. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a storage facility!
